Shipping Policy – Address Accuracy

Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses will be placed on hold until the correct details are provided. Any delays caused by incorrect or missing address information are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays in processing and delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after checkout. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as carrier issues, customs processing, or high demand). Regencap is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will always work to support you if any issues arise.
